 Work for the Best! Idaho Housing and Finance Association has an immediate opening for the above full‑time position in our Boise office. 



 Job Responsibilities


  • Oversee the file maintenance, record keeping, and applicant processing for The Housing Company.



  • Work with Resident Managers with on-going occupancy support.



  • Ensure that all tenant file documentation is complete, signed, dated, and appropriately organized. Follow up to secure any missing data. File all tenant income certifications, declined applications, monthly reports as well as general project and tenant information



  • Excellent customer service and computer skills are required. 



Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit certification processes is preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft products and the ability to learn industry specific software necessary (RealPage and Portfolio Manager experience a plus.

  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, prepare reports, studies and correspondence, and establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Requires the ability to work independently and research problems using tools provided. Proven ability to prioritize numerous tasks to meet deadlines.
