Job Description

Idaho Housing and Finance Association has an immediate opening for a Loan Acquisition Coordinator in our Mortgage Lending Department in Boise.





Job Duties:



  • Administer MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System)



  • Complete wire reconciliation reports. Prepare, balance, and submit daily wire reports for loan purchases.



  • FHA case number management



  • Administrative functions for the department as needed







Requirements:



  • One year mortgage experience preferred but not required



  • Experience managing MERS transactions preferred but not required





  • Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe products, emphasis in Word and Excel



  • Accounting skills with the ability to reconcile accounts



  • Strong attention to detail



  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
